Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using my services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not use my services.

Services & Scope

I provide custom Discord bot development, dashboard creation, web development, automation, and API integration services. Each project is scoped individually with a detailed specification agreed upon before work begins.

• Custom Discord bot development (moderation, economy, tickets, etc.)
• Dashboard & web application development
• API integrations & automation systems
• Ongoing maintenance & support (optional)

Project Process & Deliverables

Each project follows my 4-phase process: Request -> Planning & Specification -> Development & Iteration -> Delivery & Launch. You approve each phase before I proceed.

• Phase 1: Request & Discovery (1-2 business days)
• Phase 2: Planning & Specification (3-7 business days)
• Phase 3: Development & Iteration (per project timeline)
• Phase 4: Delivery & Launch (1-2 business days)

Pricing & Payment

All projects are fixed-price, agreed upon before development starts. No hourly billing, no surprise costs.

• 50% deposit to begin development, 50% on delivery
• Milestone-based payments available for larger projects
• All prices in EUR (€), exclusive of VAT where applicable
• Payment via bank transfer (SEPA) or approved payment processors

Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon full payment, you own all deliverables: source code, assets, documentation, and deployments. I retain the right to showcase the project in my portfolio (with your permission).

Support, Warranty & Maintenance

Every project includes 30 days of post-launch support (bug fixes, minor adjustments). Extended maintenance plans are available.

Confidentiality & Data Protection

I treat all project information, credentials, and communications as confidential. I comply with GDPR and implement industry-standard security measures.

Limitation of Liability

My liability is limited to the total project fee. I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Services are provided "as is" without warranties beyond those explicitly stated.

Termination & Refunds

Either party may terminate with written notice. Completed work is invoiced pro-rata. Refunds for incomplete work are assessed case-by-case. Deposits are non-refundable once work begins.

Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Disputes are resolved through good-faith negotiation, then binding arbitration in Berlin, Germany.

Changes to Terms

I may update these terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Check this page for the latest version.
