Pricing & payment
How much does a custom bot cost?
Most Discord bots start at €199 and scale with features, integrations, and scale requirements. After the planning phase you get one fixed price. No hourly billing.
What payment terms do you offer?
Typically 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. Larger projects can be split into milestone payments. Terms are agreed in writing before development starts.
Why is a custom bot more expensive than a SaaS bot?
A SaaS bot spreads its cost over thousands of servers. A custom build is one of a kind: you own the source code, the data, and the hosting setup, and the features match your rules.
Timeline & process
How long does a bot take to build?
Most bots take 2-4 weeks from spec to launch. Dashboards and web apps take 3-8 weeks depending on scope. You get a written timeline after the planning phase.
Can you start right away?
I take on 1-2 new projects per month. The request form shows current availability, and I reply within 24 hours with a clear start date.
What does the process look like?
Request, planning, development, launch. You test each milestone in staging and give feedback before I move on. Nothing ships without your sign-off.
Hosting & ownership
Do I get the source code?
Yes. Full source, docs, and deployment config are handed over when the project is paid. The repository is yours from day one.
Where will my bot be hosted?
I can set up hosting for you or guide you through doing it yourself. Common setups are a small VPS, a container platform, or a managed service. The account stays in your name.
What happens if the bot goes down?
Every build includes monitoring and restart policies. For the first 30 days I fix anything that breaks, and maintenance plans keep it running after that.
Support & revisions
What is included after launch?
30 days of support: bug fixes, small adjustments, and help with the first rollout. Feature additions after that are scoped separately.
What if I want changes during development?
You review each milestone and can request changes before I move to the next stage. Big scope changes are re-priced transparently, never silently.
Do you offer maintenance after the 30 days?
Yes. Monthly plans start at €9 and cover updates, monitoring, small tweaks, and priority replies. Details are on the maintenance page.
Is there a discount for maintaining several bots?
Yes. Bundle 2 or more bots and save up to 25% on your monthly maintenance compared to separate plans.
Browser & code
Which browsers does this website support?
The site is built and tested first for Chromium-based browsers: Chrome, Edge, Brave, Opera, Arc, and Vivaldi. It also works in Firefox, Safari, and the built-in browsers of GitHub and other apps, on desktop and mobile. The Discord desktop app itself runs on Chromium, so the dashboard and embed previews render the same there. The bots run inside Discord's own client on desktop, web, and mobile, so you do not need anything else installed.
Can I open this site on my phone or in the GitHub app?
Yes. The site is fully responsive and works on phones, tablets, and desktops. Links shared in GitHub issues, Discord messages, or social media open in the browser you already use, including GitHub's built-in browser on mobile. No separate app is needed.
Is your code public on GitHub?
My shared tooling and public snippets are on my GitHub profile. Every custom bot ships with its own private repository that is yours from day one: full source, docs, and deployment config.
